The degree specialty provides students with an understanding of business and management practices within the global tourism and hospitality sector as well as a foundation in general business. Our degree prepares students for a range of careers at management level in restaurant businesses, food & beverage consultancy and food production & service.

For management positions, you will need to obtain experience within a range of aviation functions including customer service, admin roles (which support you with communication skills and data analysis as well as providing more knowledge of the context of aviation) and working in teams.
